Our Services
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is a profession of healthcare that utilizes evidence-based methods in order to manage and treat back and neck pain, headaches, and other neuromusculoskeletal conditions such as sports injuries.
While chiropractors are known for treating the spine, they are also trained to diagnose and manage extremity conditions involving major joints such shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, and ankles.
Additionally, chiropractic care can also be helpful in promoting overall wellness by improving strength, flexibility, and ability to move.
Trigger Point Acupuncture/Dry Needling
Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of treatment and healing. It has since evolved to maintain many of its roots and also branch out to treating a wide variety of conditions.
Trigger point acupuncture/dry needling aims to locally treat muscles and connective tissue while also releasing chemicals in those tissues which can reduce pain. It can also be used to promote relaxation and healing.
Therapeutic Exercise
It is true that movement is life. Our bodies require movement in order to continue to function - whether it’s blood flow, our gut function, or our muscles and joints.
A major key to overall health and wellness is exercise. Often times, a chiropractor will prescribe exercises or stretches as part of the treatment plan.
Therapeutic exercises can be used during a painful episode or outside of a painful episode in order to prevent pain and/or injury.
